It all started while I stopped at this liquor store on Figueroa just two block off Fig and Florence corner. The one in front of the car dealership, right on the corner. As I paid my bottle of water I saw these pair of sexy bitches (BSW) coming in the store too. They gave me the eye and I smiled back. I waiting for them to pick what they wanted and offered to pay for their items ($3). I talked to one of them outside the liquor store and she invited me to the hotel closed by. I checked but the rooms way ridiculous expensive so, instead, I asked her if we could to the other one 3 block around. She told me she knew another place so she took me to these apt. Complex around the corner claiming she lived in there. But when we were by the door she said she forgot her keys and needed to call the manager of the complex which she didn't remember his name. Also, she suggested to go around this complex small aley (inside the complex) to do our activity there. I wasn't thinking about the possibility, there are prolly kids or people watching from the window. I was thinking to go inside her place which later I doubt she didn't live in there and wanted to just do it out in the open.
Like the gentleman that lives in me I was going to try to save her ass if I could save my ass too but.
Right at this moment, two police officers shout us to put our hands in the air and then in our heads. Twice. I though I was screw and thought about having a bad record LOL. I'm a clean guy who even does community service in the community. Pay my taxes and never broke the law in any way.
The female officer went to question the girl and the male questioned me in separate areas. I was asked if I came to Figueroa to have intimate action. I told the truth and said I was coming to do a BJ and that I was genuinely embarrassed to be doing it. But I wasn't going to do it outside. The girl denied everything, and later found I she said that I lived in there and that I offered her some water. The cops told her they remembered her from walking on Western track. She haired I couldn't find my I'd and started making a different story that at this point I wasn't aware but on her favor and baliming me.
They took pix of us and right when she was about to let go free cops found out she kept saying I live in those xomex and blah blah blah. Right then, I found my I'd with my address and proof. She was taken to jail, I was let go free but took my personal information.
She made up all her story and unlike me, she never tell the truth. At this point I figured I was going to be taken to jail anyways, I thought making up another story could get me in more trouble since she did make up another one.
I was told that if they see me again in Figueroa they would arrest me with no hesitation.
And, too bad, because I recently found a good motel for a good price close to that area. I was set free, a second chance lok.

Did you ever have cuffs on? If you were arrested you would have been taken to 77th street, handcuffed in a squad car, where you would have been photographed and fingerprinted, then kept in a holding cell for some number of hours, before you were released with paperwork delineating your court date and the charges that you faced. Just the same, I would avoid Figueroa for the next few weeks if I were you.

If he had a car, and could switch it up with another vehicle I would agree with you, but on foot, he sticks out like a sore thumb, and if they took pics, its probably on all of their on board computers, so they don't need any excuse to scoop him up. There is a fairly good chance that the prosecutor will drop the case at the arraignment or at trial start date. Now assuming that you were not arrested you should be aware that a stop that is prostitution related can be used against you for loitering if you are stopped with 12 months I believe.
