Started on Cicero south from 290 to Archer nothing! Went on 47th east from Cicero all the way past the stock yards saw 2 or 3 but nothing even worth stopping for, on multiple passes back and forth. Cicero ave back north to Diversey nothing! North ave from Cicero to Western back and forth saw 1 (ugly). Thought with it being so nice out it would be humming (pun intended) boy was I wrong. 5 hours half a tank of gas and all I got was a sore ass from sitting so long. Maybe I am loosing my touch or getting to old for the streets, might be time to just stick with a few good AMP and APT that I have found over the years.

Hit or miss, but I have gotten some gems alongg there.

Joking aside, you have to realize that the most expensive attorneys are not always the best bet, many times they are so busy and don't give you the personalized attention. I would look on craigslist and find someone that will allow you to pay on a payment plan or work with you. Sometimes a younger yet experienced attorney will fight harder for your situation and have more time to talk with you to make things right, etc.

I was out on on business this morning around 12:30pm and I saw a very nice looking women walking by Grand and Lawndale. She was walking down on Grand but she was looking around and no handbag, just a DD coffee. I gave her the look and parked by the corner and she got in. Once dismisse, you can get the arrest expunged. YOU CAN DO AN EXPUNGEMENT YOURSELF. Any attorney asking for thousands to do an expungement is ripping you off.

If the above two are clean, then you will most probably get off with what JhonnyBeBad already told you. You do not need an attorney, when you go to court, there will be a LOT of attorneys hanging out there who are state appointed and will do this for free.
You however need to take control of this situation at the court house, since the court appointed attorneys are paid a flat fee per case by the state, they try to go through 10-15 cases a day. But legally he cannot force you to settle for something you are satisfied with. So he will tell you things like. Your case looks bleak, you will have to settle etc. Tell him the following :
1 I am not married and I got lonely.
2 This is my first offense.
3 I have a completely clean record and I do not want this on my record either.
4 I will plead guilty and take the classes, I will also pay all court costs and a fine.
5 But, I will do this only if you go to the state prosecutor and talk to him / her and let her know the above and that the charges need to dismissed after probation and the classes are completed. After which I want the case dismissed and expunged after that.
This will work, I know from personal experience that it will.
Keep in mind, if this is not your first offense, and you have a record (however old). Then this deal may not be available.

Last 2 nights Leo has been around 47th st. From California trew Cicero. Trying to pick up hobbies. I even received a call from two of the SW to be careful. One told me that she got stopped and told if she can help by standing out in a corner with a unmarked car or they were going to arrest her. Told me I take care of her when she needs money so she is taking care of me. Let's be careful out there and if you see a SW that know who you are and give you that look by turning her face keep on going. That's what she said she was doing.
Drove Madison yesterday from Cicero to Damen. Nothing out EXCEPT, LE doing a sting on Talman between Madison and Warren.
Well fellows I was out and I seen the sting in action as they had to be out there for a few hours. She was Hispanic with long hair and wearing a blue and gray jacket with tight fitting jeans. I seen her last week also over on Drake & 47th. She was walking between Pulaski and Archer. LEO was sitting in a unmarked car on the corner next to the J B Hunt terminal.
It goes down something like this as I was passing 47th and turned off to come back around to take a look. I stayed on the phone while this went down. She walked up to the vehicle on the driver's side as the Monger was parked at the corner. She exchanged conversation and I guess he asked her to see what she was working with and she opened her jacket. Then I take it that they exchange information about service and then she proceeds to go around to the passenger's side and LEO comes from the front and blocks the vehicle in. They let her go and she proceeds to walks in the opposite directions while the John is taken into custody.
LE Searches the vehicle and checked the door VIN# and here comes the Tow Truck to take it away. I observed this and seen three guys get taken into custody. Overall 47th has been pretty dead for the past few weeks Good Luck and be safe out there!
Chigod7 I totally feel for you and I hope everything gets taken care of. It sucks with all this activity. Again I guess it's getting warmer and it was an election year and all. But there really isn't any harm going on. I was out on 47th about two weeks ago and saw LEO all over the place saw the unmarked at the truck place just kinda sitting there didn't like it and called it a night. Also about a week ago was on Pulaski between 148 and 159 around 9PM and saw a girl walking gave me the look was going to do a turn around in the preserves and saw Leo there with a spot light on me. Didn't get busted, but scared me enough to again call it a night. I am a bargain hunter and well sometimes like to look for a good deal, so why is that a crime that I like to have the company of women. Are there not better things out there for Leo to do then to bother us hobbyist and the girls? Well I guess I am getting too old for this and will have to save up my money. Sorry for the rant and the not so valuable info. Just had to get it off my chest.
This last Monday saw a hot street walker come out of the O-MI notell by Lincoln and Bryn Mawr. My guess is she was either Latina, Greek or Assyrian couldn't tell because it was dark around 10 pm. She was wearing skin tight jeans black knee high boots and leather jacket. Anyhow as I try switching lanes some dude is already pulled over going for the pick up. I turn down the side street to go around the block when I look at my rearview and notice some car with his lights off is following me. I decide to go straight instead of circling the block. It costs around $30 for an expungement if you do it yourself. It takes like 5-10 mintues to fill out the paper work. The lawyer I had offered to do it for me for $500. You know what they say about lawyers.

I did not picked up and it was kind of strange the going driving on the wrong way of the street. At one point I was almost sure that it was me that they were going to stop. Though unfortunate for those caught, I used the information posted for determining where their stings were occuring and planned accordingly.

Seems as if they have chased away, busted or discouraged all the talent. I had overall a very unproductive time.
