No disrespect to you but if he got ripped off, why hasn't he posted his experience. Even though you or someone else may have posted, it adds weight when more than a few people have the same or similar experience. This "Starr" has been advertising on BP for quite some time now. If two folks have had bad experiences, chances are more have as well.
