I've made the Dot Ave/Talbot/BHA loop a few times this month and have come up with nothing. I've gone at various times of night (9pm, 12am, 2am), and still can't find much at all. Hitting a dry spell I guess.

In any case, just want to give you all a heads up that the details at the Dot construction site are recording plates. On my third pass yesterday I saw the detail turn around and it looked like he was jotting down my information as I passed. I spaced out my passes too-it wasn't like I was racing around the loop, so they must really be keeping track.
