Still have to wonder, Who monitors private bars? If they have a bouncer in the front, they don't have to let anyone in without a warrant. And no warrent allowed without just cause. Asked one of the instructors at LC that question. Answer is LC has right to inspect. If you deny the inspector entrance, the LC can pull your license. Simple. License agreement gives consent to inspect at any time of operation. They also make sure you pay all state liquor taxes, look at your accounting, etc. TX.
