Go to the Cinci board and read up on proven providers. A few will travel up here from time to time.

Almost all of these ads do not pass the Tineye test and so are fake. Thats what I find. Do the test yourself and see before you go to one of these providers and get ripped off. I use mozilla firefox and right click to find this option.
