It's about sex and politics, period. And you can throw a dash of that old time religion into the mix too. If these parlors were being operated by green cheese-eating Martians they would still be shut-down targets because they would be offering one thing and that one thing is sex. Asians face such obstacles because they run 95% of the parlors out there, if not more. Their race is irrelevant. The constant is what they offer which unfortunately is still viewed through Puritan colored spectacles whether we like it or not.
