Even if the GPS is disabled your phone can be tracked by the towers (yes your home and work!) and establishes PC for search and arrest. Never ever e-mail an unknown provider for any reason. ISP's are more than willing to give up the user's info at the promise of a warrant at a later date. There are additional felony charges for using communication devices to solicit sex.
