I was at SR last night (Thurs AM) and can confirm that the entry fee is $50. That is $30 cover and $20 for the first two drinks. I do not know if people arriving by taxi, or locals get a discount.

Even on a weekday evening the place was packed. There were literally no tables available. I ended up sitting at a stage for my first couple drinks. You wouldn't know that tourism is down from looking inside SR.
