I concur with everything said here and originally by Trader John. This is a really classy place. Clean, nicely decorated, smells good, soothing, quiet. All in all a really nice ambiance. I've had massages with with Mandy, Helen and Tiffany.
Mandy is the most relaxing, good at communicating, sweet and playful and gives somewhere between a stress relief to Swedish massage. She also does a great back walking if you ask for it which consists of crawling up your back on her hands and knees, I highly recommend it if you can take weight on your back (but it's not like she weighs that much though).
Helen gave the closest to a CMT therapeutic massage. Lots of pressure and working on my aches and pains. Gave me a nice 10 minute head and shoulder massage at the end. Her English is not great so I didn't quite get what was on offer initially. I'm glad I accepted.
Tiffany is very pretty, sweet and young (in her twenties) but either doesn't know how to give anything but a "rub you like I'm putting sun tan lotion on" massage or just doesn't care to bother because you know guys are too busy enjoying the view to be that demanding. It was also the shortest massage. Probably close to 15 minutes under which kinda sucks but really I was actually getting bored and irritated towards the end. No matter how pretty I won't repeat. Sorry Tiffany.
I've also heard Bebe recommend and have seen here there. Very petite and friendly but have not had a massage by her yet so cannot comment. Mandy is my goto provider now for the best balance between a nice massage and relaxation. That back walking thing gets me every time.

Based on the previous reviews, I stopped in here while in SF. The name is Refresh Oasis Day Spa (not Paradise as someone mentioned). It's at 256 Sutter. Just to the right of Benefit Cosmetics between Kearny and Grant. From the street, you walk thru the door into a corridor to an elevator to the 3rd floor. The elevator opens directly into the spa. There's no lobby or common hallway or anything.
I went for the hour for 50 (I think half was 40). Anna was available, and she looked very nice: petite, thin, long straight auburn / brownish hair. Wore a t-shirt and long tights that showed off her beautiful round little ass. She's not a CMT, but the massage was not bad. Some minor teasing. On the flip did some face & chest then went straight for HE, no negotiating (did not pursue FS). Very gentle but firm enough grip and allowed roaming OTC. Very sweet girl. Cleaned me up, tipped 30 and was out the door with my cup of water with an hour well spent.
If you want a good FBSM, this is a great spot. I will definitely repeat next time in town.
