For some reason - hopefully I'm totally off base here, looking closely at her pic (perhaps the square jawline/chin and Adam's apple slightly hidden by that chin), I would need some level of verification that "she" is female (in the traditional sense).

Living day to day out of a hotel room like so many of these other gals. I happen to know that she's free this afternoon and I think for 39 years old, she's a breath of fresh air.

Both were athletic, passionate, and active and it showed many times over; I was shocked afterwards by what their expectations were. Both mentioned reading Sugar Baby blogs while doing initial research on the lifestyle. Here is what I gleaned in terms of expectations and basic demographics from those college students (graduate school included):
-Age: 22-30 (I'm personally not keen on any ladies over 30 for SA).
-Meetings: maximum 3 hours per week, on a weekday, in the evening so that she could treat it like a night class (since night classes are about 3 hours)
-Meeting Place: I would need to provide a location, they cannot host, a "really nice" room was requested (I wouldn't book a room that offered entrance from the street for security reasons anyway)
-Time stipulations: The entire time will not be between the sheets. Only a hour or so of the time. They want to go out to dinners, travel, shopping sprees, and dating aspects like that that they've seen in the blogs. Neither wanted to "feel like an escort". Keep in mind that both mentioned a max 3 hours a week (max 12 hours / month), so the new time math the Millennials use seems iffy with all that they wanted to pack into that time
-Not MILFs: no SB experience, single (never married), no kids (I'm trying to diversify, but not willing to be non-MILFman yet)
-Allowance Requested: Paid monthly only, in cash. Not interested in a per visit rate. 3600 - 4000/ month, they said that other girls were blogging about getting that at a minimum.

She's real, genuine, and very skilled. However, I don't think this is the lifestyle for her and I don't imagine she'll be at it for long. I won't go into a lot of personal details but it seems to me that she's accustomed to a nice "normal" life and now between divorce and job loss is trying an angle she probably never would if she weren't desperate.
Several of us noted that she's very eager in texting and chatting online, but that eagerness turns into nerves and hesitation when it's go-time. For anyone interested in partaking, I doubt she's going to be a good wham-bam visit. We spent several weeks talking by text before meeting, and once face to face we spent a few hours talking and just visiting. Unless she somehow finds that she really, really enjoys doing this, she's one you'll have to be patient with and give her time to warm up to you. But that time and patience I invested paid off incredibly well.

At first she was eager to meet, but I backed off because of the red flags, but now that it's been confirmed that she's legit, she seems skittish about meeting, even for just lunch or a drink; has cancelled plans twice on me. She's totally my type, physically, and I'm willing to make a time investment to let her get comfortable, but yeah, my intuition tells me that this is a very, very short-term thing for her to get her out of a short-term financial jam and then she will disappear and none of us will ever hear from her again.
