That what I did. $550 and it takes them 10 min and there is literally no recovery time at all it was amazing. Also its in Florida so If you go alone the Game there is much much better than here and I can tell you the best FS strip clubs around Tampa. The doctor does nothing but vasectomies and for the money and recovery time can't be beat imo. Its worth the cheap flight!

However I would dispute the idea that provider compentency can be determined by the size of the community they practice in. Additionly vasectomies are the most frequently.

If you consider local doctors, it is not a bad idea to do an online search of the county(s) Common Pleas Court records to see if the doctor is a defendant in any civil medical malpractice lawsuits. If there are several for the guy, that is a red flag. If just one or two, might just want to read the complaint to see if anything jumps out as interesting. Most of the malpractice cases get settled out of court or dropped so you won't see if he is found guilty or settlement details. You appear to be doing a good job of due diligence, so court records are just another item to check off. Good luck.
