For what it's worth, Romi (Ruby, LA Ruby)'s last day in OC is Tuesday before she goes back to Vegas for likely quite a few months.

I know there are a few here that know the economics of the kgirl business. Hopefully, you don't mind sharing that knowledge. Seems like every 2-3 months the agency girls raise prices on one or two new girls. Seems like they are getting more and more greedy to me. Case in point this new girl Shay at CA-Kdolls is 340 GFE + 100 BBFS + 40 msog or NG 330 gfe, 1 shot only.

Who is driving these increases? Are we tipping the girls too much?

What's the split between the various parties; girl, booker, and agency boss?

Like in any business the girls charge whatever they want (what they think they can get). Shay actually seems like some sort of low teir model and NG is a bit more but she seems plenty busy.

I don't understand people's inability to let girls charge what they think they are worth. If you think you are hotter or better than the competition why should you charge the same. ? BTW, plenty of new girls coming at market and include all in service. Its a market. Supply and demand will dictate.

Guarantee you are paying more for everything else in your life than the average Kgirl experience increase.

Saw a "no-upcharge" BB Kgirl last month and she told me that out of her 320, the booker takes 120 but used to take only 100. With rents in WLA & MidWilshire running from 2800-3400, and with rents increasing thanks to Bidenflation, it makes sense to see some "no-upcharge" girls raising rates to 340-360 to make up for the increased cut from the bookers.

I'm new to this hobby and don't have enough pull (yet?) to negotiate the rates. I'm relying on the OG Mongers to please draw the line with the bookers to keep the rates down.
