I have never seen or heard of any such 'fees,' but maybe in some larger cities with a larger AMP organization it may be more commonplace?

Stopped in Ruby last weekend to see who was there now. Only saw one woman but I could hear two more there. For you regulars of the gal who was at Best you know that she was robbed twice by one of these thug types, same guy. The inner front door now can be locked- she didn't.
