New Bern is not as bad as a lot of other locations, and it's not an indicator. The arm tracks, however, are possibly the biggest wake up call I've seen on this board since day one. Haze showed a lot of potential when she started, but mixed with a tough crowd, slid down the drug abuse slide FAST, and got sloppy.
