Madison is one I don't know and the name is regularly used there. Old Madison used to be Harley at Cheaters. New one sound like Jenny, but I thought she was out of the game. Could be wrong.

As far as firing, Vanessa is annoying as fuck. She does nothing but ask to give you head (nonstop I will add) and can't take a hint.
