Was walking around Sheridan last night and noticed this place behind Walmart.
Is this a hostess bar or just a regular lounge?

Nothing really happening in these places anymore huh? Anybody out there got some good news or updates about the talent out there now. Recently went out around the Ala Moana area. All just dead. Business the rooms seemed to be busy so didn't get a look at any talent. Camelot, Splash, etc all just dead.

But when you have bar ladies literally saying they are an investment (yes that came out of her own mouth that she was an investment) I think that's a big turn off for most people. That and the economy being ass and no one wanting to spend any money on a non sure thing probably adds up to these places being dead.

They are more like a Ponzi scheme than an investment.

Plus all the korean AMPs on Ke"eaumoko St.

Walked by Camelot late last week and saw some recycled Kalihi kbgs working. I believe Jesse and Kristy from 5-0. Previously seen the slim inked Asian + white bg duo working there as well. They also previously worked at 5-0. Hopefully bar business will pick up on Friday for the UH vs UNLV game that starts at 5:30. Stay safe gentlemen.

Kalihi is planned for major redevelopment too so almost all will be torn down. Did you know Kamehameha schools owns most of the leases from Waikamilo / Houghtailing to the canals down to Nimitz hwy. I saw the master paln from Dilligham to and King and almost all the area will be torn down. Town houses and mixed use properties are planned along with business that have a connection to Kam school like volleyball clubs, Basketball, fitness, culture and arts will remain and be expanded.

Maybe the great migration of KBs and the like going to the outskirts of King / Keeaumoku / Young / Beretania streets. Who knows? If get current economics like now then no stay matter where anybody go, going be junk.
Mo bettah get into the insurance business/racket for now instead of one KB/AMP.
The bar will close around 7 Sundays due to lack of business.

I assume this is a safe place to ask dumb questions. But do basically all KBs offer services and you just got to ask for it? Is it the workers on their own or is the overall goal of the bar to do it? I'm talking even like those bars behind the old diners and the bigger ones near dillingham which just look like place that are hang outs for workers. Or is it just a tease? I'm thinking if I go at 2 p on a Tuesday. When its slow I may get a good price? Haha.

Every time I have gone it hasn't been a positive experience in the play department. Just like one of the fellow mongers said, KBGs are more work than an outright thing. I have had KBGs sit with me and tell me they are an investment and that it'll be more than a couple times to get play. Just like any business these girls are trying to get everything that's in your wallet and that's fair. I get it but for 40 a pop for each drink and you ain't getting any play. Nah fam just go to a viet bar and it'll be way better, granted the quality of girls aren't as good as the KBGs. But hey man you might have better luck than me. Just know you'll be spending bank and it might not equate to anything but blue balls and you going home to jack yourself off.

You will have to pay to play, but imo you're better off going to an AMP for the 100% guarantee option.

In the past, you could take a few of the girls in the back of the bar or in the rooms to have sex, etc. These days (unless you know the girl really well), you will not be offered a lot of action unless you spend a lot of money. He was a regular at the sheridan area bars that he basicallly ate all his meals there and was never home except to sleep from about 1 p to 9 am. Think he went in around 11 or 12 noon. Even stopped drinking due to his age health etc but still hung out there all day until he had to use a walker. Wonder how much action that old man got there. Haha.
