I use list crawler and them reviews as more of a barometer to feel something out rather than an absolute. In many cases it's very similar to the truth in advertising board in terms of truth or lack thereof; we tend to trust the tna ones slightly more due to it being a closed network of folks with it's own ecosphere rather than being a free for all internet website.

Also, each review you could individually judge and say this is likely or not so much. As an example, an all safety review is pretty likely even if it's the only one, vs a tna review "oh she's so pretty and gives great service and totally worth 600 an hour all safety and definitely not 60 lbs overweight and absolutely won't rob you".

Some sites' reviews are more worthwhile than others for sure.
