I doubt she was a cop since you saw her get out of a car. Another idea is to observe her for awhile. The problem is that a lot of hot ones are the one trick a day girls or a out of town girl that you only see once. Awhile back I saw this one hot girl standing on a corner. The problem was that even this a was a known place for SW's the cops had run stings there before there as well. I waited she got in car and never saw her again.
