There have been plenty of times that I've felt like I didn't get my money's worth, but so far only one total ripoff.

I've not seen her out on the strolls in a long time, but if I did, I'd be damned tempted to pick her up and engage in some collection activity.

Would I collect on what I've already paid for?

Maybe.

As for why they do it, probably all kinds of reasons.

The ONLY way you ever should involve Uncle Leo is if you are 100 percent in the right and you can prove it.

If you were committing or attempting to commit a crime yourself, then you don't want Leo around at all.

The majority of cops like an easy arrest because it's both easy work for them and makes them look good to the brass.

Something else there, even if you're in the right, you could catch a cop on a bad day and he decides he doesn't want to listen to your stories and instead, everybody goes to jail and let the judge sort it out.

I know I've said this before, but Leo has a lot of discretion on the street. On a non-violent misdemeanor, they can do anything from a verbal warning to take you to jail.

If you're ever in that situation, play nice with Uncle Leo and hope that he plays nice in return.

I would however say that a provider ripping a guy off isn't a good idea and likewise, a guy ripping off a provider isn't a good idea.

There's no real way of knowing who or what you might be dealing with and that goes for both sides of the hobby.

I've reached the point where I'm neither young nor old and I've been very bemused by how women have started being with me.

If you had a cleaning lady come in, for example, to clean your house and they made off with a bunch of money, the cops sure as hell would get involved. There'd likely be multiple charges filed and an arrest made. You have no such legal recourse with an escort without putting yourself in legal danger. As a result, an escort might be more willing to make off with your money or possessions, or maybe invite their boyfriend over to carry off your TV while you sit calmly on the couch with a gun in your face. An escort might not feel any kind of natural aversion to asking you to buy them some pills or whatever their drug of choice is, and then getting fucked up on it before they give you what you paid for.

By the same token, escorts don't have much sympathy from the police. A customer might decide to not pay up because they feel cheated, or make them do things they aren't comfortable with. Or they might come back with a baseball bat and a bad attitude because they got actually ripped off last time they were with you.

This is one serious consideration when it comes to the legalization of prostitution. Harm reduction. In areas where prostitution is regulated, very few people get horrible diseases or assaulted or ripped off because of it. Anything goes in the underground. Whereas most people wouldn't rob someone, the number of people willing to steal goes up drastically when they have a habit to support or a pimp to pay.

I suspect in the Knoxville area that if you want Asian, you're going to have to hit a massage parlor, or just hope that a quality provider comes to visit.
