I'm new to this forum, but, I thought that in this country you were innocent until proven guilty? I have a problem with LE being able to post pics from an arrest, even before your found guilty. Sometimes the laws in this country say one thing, then the way it's done says another thing?
After the person is proven guilty in a court of law, it's fair game. Until that point it shouldn't be, but, often is because the LE likes to "boast" about what a good job they're doing? Not really, much bigger problems in this world than busting SWer's?
