I've not lost my mind. I believe we are paying too much for what we get. I've played in other markets (Phoenix, Tampa, Chicago) to name a few and there is tons more value there.

I believe there is a correction coming in the Indianapolis market. As more women pick this path, less men are able to afford these prices. Basic economics, supply versus demand, will correct the market. It is important we all be conscious of market conditions.
