Totally depending on your ability to blend in, the move is to just walk around in those areas (other than the point) where it's straight hood (I'm not saying bit yourself in danger) , and with a keen monger eye, you can ALWAYS spot a cheap BBBJCIM.
Just from me walking off the grand concourse, I found two cheap Puerto divan crackheads, that I was getting steady BBBJ from.

How long ago was that? I haven't seen her in a while. If she's on Seabury, that would explain it; she used to have a spot on Stebbins that she worked out of.
Cuba / Mayra are one and the same.
