Strip Club Reports

During my recent visit to Las Vegas, I have visited two strip clubs:

1) Palamino. This is the only club in Vegas area that serves alcohol and the women are fully nude. It’s a little of a drive since it’s located in North Las Vegas. I suggest you tell the taxi cab to take you to Jerry Nugget Casino in North Las Vegas. It’s right across the street, and you will not have to pay $30 cover. The club is very nice. The women are not extremely pushy. I had a lapdance from a beautiful dancer named Tia. Nice lap dance with light touching. Also, their booths are not very private. $100/3 songs which is a standard I think all over Las Vegas.

2) Crazy Horse 3. Former Penthouse. Former Sin. It was on Monday night, so the place was not crowded at all. Many nice girls with some being a little too pushy. I had a lapdance from Rozaria. After some bargaining, we agreed on $100/5 songs. I had some good time, and she really worked it. The girl is very accommodating and allowed me to do a lot of things.

OK, some shopping advice needed here. Looking for those classic "stripper shorts" -- cotton, loose fitting with drawstring waist, button fly, 2-4 pockets that are "secure." Granted, that's a lot of features to ask for. Had a nice pair of cotton cargo shorts from Target, but they no longer carry that model. Any suggestions?

I notice many reports here of $50 entrance fees at places like Spearmint Rhino. Is that only if they see you arrive in a cab? Do locals get in cheaper?

I was in Vegas in April. I walked over to SR from the Fashion Show Mall around 8 PM on a Friday. Just walked up to the door, made no eye contact with anyone and went straight in. No one stopped me or said anything. I hoped I looked local and would get a break. Maybe they were just too busy to notice.

I didn't report anything here at the time because I thought it might be typical.

Reading the forum now, I'm not so sure. I'll be out in Vegas again in July. Any chance I can pull the same thing?

You would be amazed at how many places you could get into if you look and act like your supposed to be there. ;)

Here is what I did: I have a friend who lives in Vegas. I memorized his street and zip. Drove to the club myself. Went straight for the door. When the greeter asked for my ID, I just commented that I had not gone to DMV to change my DL, but asked if I could I get a locals club card. When asked where I lived, I recited the local address like I lived there. The locals know the neighborhoods. Once you get the locals card, just flash it and never pay cover again.

I also have the same type pants, only in a thin material. Rayon? Good dance shorts. I've been looking for the same at Target, Wal•Mart, and other places with no luck.

Also, anybody know where to get fleece pants with a zipper and draw string? I have one pair that is getting old and have looked for 5+ years for another pair with no luck.

BTW, both of my pants have a zipper rear pocket for $ and whatnot. :)

Is this standard practice? If so, does the limo pick up anywhere in LV or just strip/DT? We'll be staying way south on LV blvd and would like to go to the SR on a Wednesday night. Any other ways of at least reducing the cover charge to a reasonable point? I don't mind spending $ in a strip club, but i'd like the majority of the money to go to dances and tips, not just getting in to ogle.

That's pretty sad. The only decent looking girl was the first one. lol. I think they are just trying to send a message on this bust towards all of Las Vegas. Pretty pathetic to bust consenting adults these days. Stick to the real crimes out there.

Full menu but girl was really pushy, massage was lousy and under cut time so passed. Must be pretty slow out there or perhaps a bad day.

In a lot of conservative areas of the country, "sexual contact" in exchange for money has been used as the basis for charges of prostitution. (Think about some municipalities which have the "1-ft rule" aka "air dances".) Interesting that LV is taking this tack, because I don't think of LV as being conservative.
