Maybe you know something i dont (and if so I'd love to see the RCW), but merely responding to a CL ad is generally protected under the first amendment (e.g. does not show intent). I can ask a police decoy how much she charges (and I have done this) and they can't do a thing. In either case agreeing to meet could of course get you nicked.
