I'm currently thinking about moving from LA to either Seattle or Phoenix. I figured I may as well get an idea of what the scene is like in this area while I'm at it. Is it good, bad, or anything I should look into for Phoenix? Possibly Tucson as well? I have good knowledge of Seattle and just getting to know Phoenix area fun culture.

Both are crazy expensive. I think there are lots of mutual high rates influence between both markets by traveling pros. I find Phoenix girls to be trashy substance abusers and less attractive overall. The first few providers I set up time with when I moved here I couldn't even get hard. After a few minutes I just left. They'd ask if it was ED and I'd just say ya and bounce. I find set up to be much more complicated in Phoenix with providers being flaky, having filthy incalls or being located in bad areas.
