Thanks to all the reccs here I travelled from out of town basically just to go there. Other than the smoke, which I adjusted to, it was great. A ton of variety (pretty much every type of girl you could want) and I got some truly great, memorable dances. They just go for the little guy right away. Even the hot white girl (brunette, curly hair, tattoos, not great attitude) who was not very into it was a huge step up from what I've experienced elsewhere. Was offered VIP several times but didn't partake. Got the impression it was slow for a Saturday night. Felt like some girls were just sitting around. I didn't approach any girls, just tipped when there were actually strippers onstage and took most comers. Left with money left in my pocket but not at all disappointed. Visiting a place like this just makes me mad about the state of things where I am.

Hello. I will coming to visit Follies for the first time in the next few weeks. I was wondering if there rules forbidding certain clothes like athletic shorts or clothes in that nature. It's over a two drive for me so I would hate to come all that way then be turned down. I tried looking up online and could not really find anything. Any help appreciated.
Probably no rules, but, you could always bring a change of clothing just in case.

I'm not aware of a dress code. They *may* not allow hats or caps (some strip clubs are funny about hats and caps), but I'm not sure.
It's hard to find a more laissez faire strip club than Follies.

And that was cool with them so if I was you I would avoid white tees. Come and enjoy!!

I can never really bring myself to go out in public in loose sweats or shorts "commando style", but I have been diverted from the gym a couple of times and landed in either basketball shorts (which are pretty much the perfect monger attire; I just happen to play basketball occasionally) or some kind of track suit get-up. Never a word from the management.
In my experience, the main clothes which are banned from strip clubs are, frankly, whatever has a thug association at the time. So back about 10-15 years ago, when the long white tee was the hood style, those were banned from clubs. Likewise bandannas, even Kangol hats at times; I've even seen LA Lakers gear banned from a strip club, because the management felt it could precipitate gang problems. In London, it's Burberry stuff, because no one wants chavs fucking up their club.
So if there's anything "hood", you probably don't want to wear THAT, especially if you're black. Strip Clubs are about thirty years behind the time in terms of social sensitivity!

Few things scream "I want egress and ingress for my cock moreso than I want to follow social mores or club rules" than that.
