I've been a Las Vegas visitor for 20+ years. I know COVID drastically affected things, but I don't understand the recent huge drop off in casino girls. Until a few years ago, you could not walk the strip or be inside a casino without seeing lots. I know the added security affected things. Elevators requiring hotel room keys affected things.
Are there other factors I'm not seeing? Or, is it just another COVID related change?

I agree with the observation. I feel like it is a combination of COVID, construction of routes between casinos, casino enforcement and inflation in general. There are the occasional gems out there but most are BCG that is good like once but not my cup of tea every single time. I hope this takes a turn back once they stop paying $20 at fast food places in Cali.

There's plenty of them in there walking around in regular clothes. You simply have to put yourself in a position to be approached. I personally find sitting alone at the bar after 11 PM looking at my phone works.
I'm visiting in the summer and I'm debating on staying at Excalibur or another hotel / resort just off the strip. If I hit the well known spots looking for a CG what's the chances she'll make the trip back to a room away from the casino?
Thanks in advance, will probably have a question or two more before I finally travel there, but reading back lots of pages and finding out as much as I can.
Thanks I'll try that when I go next time and report back. I have sat at bars but usually end up playing video poker too intently and nothing has ever happened.

Cosmo or Aria have been good for me. Try the Vesper Bar or Chandelier. There is plenty of action there. Maybe that's not an option.
I feel CGs in this thread are streetwalkers who wander into the casinos. Maybe I'm just not in those places. My experience might not be relevant.

So I was out Sunday afternoon with some friends, a friend and his lady. We decided to hit downtown and grab a bite to eat, went to a spot in the Container Park. It wasn't very crowded but soon I looked up and there were a lot of hotties around. The way this place is situated I couldn't see them arrive, went to the bathroom and damn. A table of about 10, another table of 4, and 3 or 4 tables of 2 women. Didn't really think much about it until the couple I'm with went to the restroom, my buddy says while his was waiting for the bathroom one approached him and started chatting, asking him questions and if he wanted the buy her lunch. Hmm, observed how they were moving, big time CG vibes to me. He pointed at her, a hot one sitting two tables away from us thought he was pointing at her and she got up and came right over. WTF is going on here? We chatted with her for a minute but these folks don't know my business so I didn't try to talk to her about hooking up, plus she was cute but not my style. Then he pointed out the one he was talking about, again she was cute but not my type.
So we are leaving and that same one walks by with a friend who we exactly my type! We walked to our cars, my friends take off, I decided WTF and go back in, sit at the bar, make eye contact and she comes over. We chatted for a minute, it was obvious she was working, nothing explicit or obvious but we all know the signs. Got her digits and left, calling her today to see if we can hook up tonight or tomorrow. That has never happened to me during the day. Might have to hit a few more bars during the daytime!

Would you be willing to share where I can hang out late night to get the best coverage of CGs?

Just sit by yourself, look like you aren't broke and if a chick plops next to you when there's plenty of empty seats around, you're about to chat with a hooker.
If you're looking for the flashy streetwalkers that hit the casinos, you'll know them right away.
