You must be paying that upcharge for the bare. As far as the area / hotel, it's not as bad as the affordable hotel because it's a little bit more costly. You still have the possibility of running into the same bullshit that you'll run into at the other hotels. Just keep your head on a swivel and mind your business. Always worked for me.

As far as your question, I'd pass if I was you. If you have to come on a website and basically ask if it's safe enough for you to proceed, you probably have no business there. I don't mean any disrespect by that.

What's the deal here when you come off of the Boulevard heading towards Frederick there's a building on the left hand side it's got some Porta potty's outside. I believe it says 310 Fulton Industrial Circle there.

Something going down numerous police caution tape off all the way around a couple emergency vehicles.
