Most of the legit places that I have looked into offer some sort of membership deals and I'm not signing up for a bunch of spa memberships. I think the idea is the find a place that is in between the chain places and the usual suspects.
I have found out in the past though that bringing in a fruit basket or a bag of fruit and small stuff can go along way with some of the staff. Now that doesn't mean everyone bring a grocery bag full of fruit each visit so don't overload these places with food, LOL.
