It used to be "decent" back during the Tycoon days not anymore. The last time I was there the bartenders were cute, but the dancers were pretty horrible.

But they are open for footb all on Sunday at 12:00 beers good.

At least during the day / early evening when I usually go they have dumb pricing 6 dollar beers unless you buy a bucket. Also a 20 dollar VIP tax per visit that's the worst part. You change those few things maybe they could attract some talent. You would think they would be doing better with Players being closed I know legends is the sister club, but still some girls just might not want to deal with the hassle of downtown.

From what I understood they were focusing on making the bar two floors like Legends, putting the bar against the back wall.

So what's the consensus on Players after the remodel? First of all will there be all new girls since they've been shut down for a couple months? Surely the girls there found new homes? Will new talent be eager to work at the new place? Pricing. Will beers still be three bucks during the day? I'm sort of a skeptic, but with the limited space that they have to work with, I can't see the return on the investment being very good. I mean this was a pretty nice place before. I liked the stages where they were because no matter where you sat the talent was going to get to you. I suppose if they removed a couple of stages and added more tables while reducing seats at the bar maybe you could accommodate more people. This may be good for business, but it's not good for the customer. More people means more competition and higher prices.

More people means more competition and higher prices.[/QUOTE]In the past daytime talent pretty much sucked and will continue to suck I'm sure, they'll probably get back the handful of girls during daytime that all the regulars hound. With the free parking on the side street and along 8 mile for a short distance it was always worth stopping in for a beer before heading over to Col, it will remain the same I'm sure. As to nighttime talent, I've gone back in there just before 9 pm to get the free entry and the happy hour pricing if Col was slow, rarely did I stick around for long. But I have been told that when girls get the boot from clubs like Col and Penthouse they end up at Players on nights.

As to girls finding new homes, have to remember those girls move around frequently anyway. As to the limited space comment, I'd have to say adding a second floor area can only increase the bars usable space. Adding 20 to 30 seats upstairs (a guess) is just that, its adding more seating and giving guys better views of the girls dancing. I personally prefer one large stage vs several small stages, seeing two girls on one stage is always better than looking back and forth between stages.

If the bar does start to attract more customers and girls start making good money, other dancers will hear about it and want to work at the club. More girls, more choices. Now if you are a regular and got cheap service because there weren't many customers, that might go away and you'll have to start paying the normal asking price.
