In all of my years cruising the streets to hook a fish, I have never, ever, seen cops harass or pin down street goons in that area to prevent and protect but they'll harass the shit out of mongers in their cars, set up their little sting web to catch you and stop you and hoping you bite. The only time you really see them take action on the Street Pharmacists whom they know have the poisons on them, is when they actually stab or kill someone and then they prop to action. They sit in their cars or patty wagon and rarely get out and even see them snorting, distributing, selling and pricking themselves with needles out in the open and don't bother to do shit.

We've all witnessed every once in a while, one high strung up on the poison, twitching like a fish out of water gasping for air and the cops just keep on rolling. Like call me when the Ambulance comes and say it's serious, I'm off my shift in 30 minutes.

Got a bbj / cim from sunny tonight, LEO were really circling the place she was the only one out.
