Given her licenses in massage and cosmetology, it's reasonable to expect a degree of discretion. It's almost as in today's climate, where no discretion is so prevalent, any display of restraint seems like a big deal. I'm not defending her actions, but it's clear she's focused on protecting her business, her licenses, and the customers she already has. It's a matter of perspective, but that's what it seems like to me.

I do believe she's licensed but her technique doesn't show it. For me it was rubbing warm oil all over with a lot of teasing.
