Level 2 or 3 is possible, but the roster constantly changes. I did meet one masseuse who not only did a great massage, but had an awesome touch. Lisa, I think was her name. Very petite, tiny spinner with SKILLS. I've even made good friends with the owner's "extra help" who covers from East Coast when help shortages arise.
