Maybe its because cooky and super make it sound like a cakewalk but three forays and I've have to say It's Not. Any input on these issues would be appreciated:

1) Can't tell the pros from civilians. Just when you think you've found a SW, you see she is with a guy or, in my case once, a baby carriage. Believe me guys, the pics help but from a distance. I mean how do you tell?

2) What is the stroll? I've been just driving up underneath the "L" train and eventually it becomes Kensington, but on my best day I saw four 'maybe"s. Am I just off on the geography? Its not like I can put this into my gps.

3) Is there an ettiquitte? I mean when I've seen what looked like a group of three SW talking, I just froze wondering how I might interrupt. A few times even when I thought 'probably' the SW was at a phone or seemed occupied. I'm guessing 'excuse me.' isn't the best approach.

I hope this doesn't sound like a total Gomer but this is daunting!

Time cost vs. activity costs:

My experience with "Smiley" has me wondering. She was mentioning costs based on time, similar to what you'd find on CL, BP, and escorts. Yet, I read on this board costs based on activity for SW's. If done this way, is there a time limit for the activity? Couldn't one get into leo trouble based on the latter?

I did ask as soon as she was getting into the car if she had any drugs or drug accessories on her. Just in case we got pulled over. Leo was everywhere at the time I picked her up. I even asked her if the leo knows her by sight since many were looking right at us when they were passing in the opposite direction. It seemed to be one car per two or three blocks while near the K area.

Age check:

She said she was 25yrs old and sounded appropriate for her face appearance. If someone where to look very young, is it appropriate to see identity first just to be safe? I certainly don't want to be accused of something involving a minor. Comments?

The first SW I picked up took me to a crack house for a room. We then took off to a short stay place that was a good distance away from the K. Is there a safer, maybe even clean, room short stay near the K?

Another thought.

Has anyone thought of possibly renting one room, and sharing costs? Maybe have a prepaid cell phone that stays in the room to see if it is in use. This would take a little trust, but the group would prepay for three months so that the group won't be bothered with a monthly contact. Maybe have one key per shareholder. A better method might be to have a simplex type lock with numbers changing once per three months or whatever biling period we choose.

I'm thinking three months also to give an owner incentive to allow this arrangement. Thoughts?

For someone new to the game this spotting a target and then aquiring the target is the hard part and since you admitted you're new to tha arena there's a few things you need to know. First you're in the right spot, under the EL is definetely where you wanna be. For the untrained eye spotting a SW in the midst of civilians can be very difficult, but alot of times they make it easy for us by not standing near civilians, LOL. Look for the girl who's by herself, not going any particuliar place, just watching the traffic go by. If she's around a guy who suddenly dissappears when you roll up, that's just her manager, some guys like girls with managers, some don't it's personal preference. If she makes eye contact and smiles or gestures, that's a dead giveaway. Also if you think but you're not sure, excuse me miss will definitely work, don't go excuse me miss are you a hooker, however excuse me, you look familiar will get your foot in the door for convo, if she's an SW I'm sure she'll bring it up, if not no harm no foul. As far as Smiley goes IMHO you got what you paid for. 2hrs for .4 is pretty reasonable in my book. For the record I didn't drop her off in the middle of nowhere ( I was tempted) I dropped her off a block from the K, I never pick up or drop any SW on the K IMHO you do that you're asking for LE trouble.

On another note, Wednesday at around 12AM I saw a SW and I guess her manager or at least a male friend, strong arm robbing a customer, LEO rolled up as I was riding by so I'm sure the guy's OK but watch out and stay safe I'm hearing about more and more robberies lately so stay alert and if I may make a humble suggestion. If you see another monger in distress at least render some assistance, I'm not saying run in like Rambo or anything but a honked horn or a hi-beam flashed could mean the difference between someones life or death. You never know the life you save could be your own.

Watch for girls watching traffic. If she keeps looking at you after what might be a check to see if your someone else, that's a good sign.

When you spot something you want to check pull over. A working girl will come over and either hop in or ask for a ride. Do not negotiate here. Drive. Then touch her. Somewhere that would get you slapped by a regular girl you just met (a civilian would want out, and an officer can't touch or be touched). She'll probably touch you back, or actively start trying to get the little head to do the thinking (so she can get a better rate) if she's a working girl. Now negotiate.

Remember the girls are trying to sell this, your trying to buy it. The smart and/or sane ones try to make it easy.

Ouch I just reread and I have to say that price is a bit excessive but I guess it's a "teachable moment". On the brightside at least you got the service you negotiated for. That being said prices for these girls are negotiable and my idea of what fair prices are might be radically different from someone elses. My advice for you in the future would be to start at .25 for FS and let her negotiate you to the .4, never pay more than .6 for street meat and always remember YOU ARE IN CONTROL. It's very rare that an SW won't accept a reasonable final offer. These girls are in a very bad bargaining position so you are the one with the upperhand when it comes down to it, my famous line is " I can drop you back off for free". I know it sounds kinda callous but it is a great negotiation tool,they know there are plenty of other SWs on the ave that will be more than happy to get your business. Also if you feel a good vibe from the girl but you feel the price is a tad steep tell her if you're satified with her service she'll get a tip, a good quality SW will work for your money, the lazy ROB won't. For the record these aren't hard and fast rules to be taken as gospel, just my experiences as I see them.

Picked-up WSW on KA and Westmorland. Spoted her on KA near convenience store. It was pretty late/early 01:30 Friday. LEO was

busy stopping cars on KA so be careful. There was a lot of talent out too. Holly is 5'6" very pretty (8), thin/petite, 24yr.

Brown Hair, small breasts with a really smokin little body. Wearing really nice white sting top and navy stretch pants.

So what was up with the leo trailer on Frankford Ave at Foulkrod today?

It was about 11:30A. M. After driving the K a while and not seeing anyone obvious. I was getting hungry, so I parked at DD that is next to a laundry and Chinese place. Don't know the street names there. While I was eating my chicken and rice, a familiar figure appears. Smiley. She said that she might also be known as "Britney" back around 2005. She walked right past me to buy a token. When she turned around, she recognized me, sat down and was very friendly again. I know she doesn't eat much, so I offered her some of my lunch. I asked why she gave me a bogus number and she claimed she just gave me the wrong one, so she corrected it. Since the opportunity arose, I asked about the previous freebee offer. No doing, she claimed she didn't have enough time for free dates today, maybe another day. We'll see I guess.

Talking a lot about her kids again. She also mentioned something odd. She claimed to be borrowing sneakers since she doesn't own any.

She then asked about if I would be interested in a quick date instead. I hesitated considering what I passed on earlier but just felt like "oh, what the hell, O. K." Since I now trusted her a little, we went to her local room which I do not recommend. The room was 10 per 30 mins. The "bed" was a sheet covering egg crate foam pad that was about two inches thin. This time, I stuck to the recommended rates for the time, with same services. Poor girl had to work it this time, she was a trooper and didn't quit.

This place was close to a fire station, but I don't recall the street names.

On the way to her place, she pointed out a tip for me. Saying, "see that girl over there, notice the spaced out look and the long sleeves, stay away from them, drug users. The sleeves are to cover the marks."

Thus she gained my respect and I bought her lunch. She says she 28; she looked 38 but who knows. There was a lot on the menu but I wanted a BBBJCIM and she did fine. I gave her a extra 10.00 when I let her out, she had been with me 2 hours and I just liked her.

Note below does not apply to the prettiest women on the K and we all know who they are. However there are a good many second tier SW's that will do a BBBJCIM car date for 10.00. If they are dope sick or will be soon, they will do you for 10.00. I have had a least 4 tell me so.

The last time I did this we watched Frankenhooker on DVD. We had fun.

The point I am making is you can low ball them. Do not think you are helping them out by giving them more money. You want to help them, buy them food, clothes--nothing too expensive or it will be stolen. The more money you give them the more drugs they do. Many don't have the sense to save some for the morning. With a couple of SW's it is agreed that I will hide their "wake up"

To those how have said nice things to me on this board, thanks and know I do like it here. I have meet a number of you in person at a establishment near the K.-you know who you are--and you guys are great.

Glad to hear you didn't get hussled this time, sounds like you stuck to your guns and it paid off. The free date is just as imaginary as dragons or unicorns, it's just something she said to placate you, however I would rub it in every time I saw her as a bargaining chip. As far as her tip went I wouldn't put too much stock in it, you can point to any SW on the ave and 9 times out of 10 she's a drug user. If I'm not mistaken it's that building on K and Letterly or that little block past Letterly. It's a place where people down on their luck can get a hot meal or blankets, counseling, stuff like that. Almost like a shelter except as far as I know you can't live there. If I'm mistaken sorry but I'm pretty sure I'm at least on target with their function.

When I passed the mission, I spotted some who may be SW, but was afraid to approach not knowing how the people around them would react.

I can agree that buying them needed items might be much better than just giving them funds. I would just be a little concerned about a shopping trip for two items would quickly turn into a full shopping cart. When it comes to helping people, I'm a sucker.

I would also be very worried of a SW having liberties with my property, or identity while I was sleeping if I had one overnight. Such as finding my CC bill to have extra charges on it. Guess I'm paranoid.

We think alike. LOL! That's why I mentioned it before she made her offer. I knew that she wouldn't do a free date, and would be very surprised if she had said yes. Alas, I took your advice and stuck to the number, it worked out this time.

I've found paranoia to be a helpful trait in this hobby. Paranoia will keep you and your property safe. You have to remember alot of times we're not dealing with the creme de la creme of society. While alot of these girls wouldn't steal your stuff, alot of them would, also some of the ones who wouldn't might find the temptation to hard to resist. I'd recommend if you are gonna sleep around a girl, get a room and keep your valuables at home.

"Cop": they need to buy their drug before you go to your room---don't even think about doing this just for quick a car date, and many SW's will want you to. They can wait. Many hobbiest would argue never do it at all, and for good reason. However for extended encounters it can't be avoided. Check your gut for risk tolerance.

If you want them at their best and most passionate, you have to let them get high. They are a lot more fun when they are happy, and they are not really happy unless they are high.

If you see them pull out a stem to fire up your car: yell at them and tell to wait to you get to your room. I do marvel on just how dumb they can be

"their wake up" is a 10.00 bag of Heroin--SW's always laugh when I call it Heroin. They refer to Heroin as "dope" If you are going to hang out with a SW find out ASAP what drugs they are doing and how deep a whole they are in.

Heroin is sold in 10.00 bags--users use between 3 and 10 bags a day. Pick the 3 bag girl. Also know that most SW's do both Heroin and Crack. They refer to Crack merely as Cocaine.

I've heard them call it Coke, Crack, Butter, Rock, Ready Rock, Readys, Teeth, Stones, Boulders, etc. I guess the name changes depending on the situation i.e. where they're from, where they're getting it from, who they hang out with. Same thing with heroin I've heard heron, dope, dogfood, zombie dust, and it's further complicated because the dealers actually give that crap brand names like midnight, nightshade, blue magic, etc. I guess what I'm saying is they all call it alot of things where I just call it one, bad news. If you're in this hobby it's a fact of life but I agree with Steve when he says you can't let them get high in your car. It's one thing if you get pulled over and they have it on them, but if LEO observes them getting high in your car that makes you an active participant and more likely to get charged with possession because 99% of the time they're gonna try to stash in your car which makes it both of yours if he observed that act in your presence in your vehicle.

I agree that you don't want to be giving an officer any reason to pursue action against you. They might not get you for being a john, but drug stuff they will pursue!

My "Cover Your Ass" pick up routine:

I ask the sw immediately if they have any illegal items with them as soon as they get to the car. Since she is still outside of the car, I can refuse to go any further easier if they say yes. I'll say, "Sorry, no illegal items in my car, so can't offer you a ride".
If she misunderstands the question, such as thinking your out to buy or to share her stuff, I'll quickly explain, "I'm not a user, I just don't want that stuff in my car".

If they say no, then I'll ask if they want a ride. Once moving, I'll ask where they want to go. The answer gives the girl a chance to reveal if she is a working girl or a civi just wanting a ride somewhere. Her answer may be something like "Where do you want to go?" or "I have a place/room". She may get right to the point and specific asking about what kind of date you want. Here is where you need to be very careful, do the leo check before you answer!
Don't say anything incriminating or that could lead to a suspicion that your the perpetrator. If she is a leo, she is setting you up to discuss acts and money.

You can say "Officer, I don't pay for sex acts, where would you like to be dropped of at?". If she is a working girl or a leo still trying, she may reply "Honey, I'm not a leo, what would you like to do?". At this point, if she is leo, she lied, and that combined with a leo check where exposure and contact occurs would make her case very weak. If she doesn't comply with this check, such as pushing your hand away or saying something coy as "I'll show you once we set the price(or get to the room)". I'll repeat ""Officer, I don't pay for sex acts, where would you like to be dropped of at?".

You should also know that if you do get pulled over, refuse car searches by saying "I do not submit to being searched without a warrant". Do not leave the car without closing windows and locking it. Leave all items in trunk. For example, your boxed lunch leftovers or even your box of condoms. Anything where they may want to see what is inside. Don't make it easy for them! Know your rights! Even if you don't have anything to hide, don't submit!

Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty. Don't give them anything to use against you! Even if they try to say, we know your out for someone for services. Don't think, "damn, I'm caught" and say anything they want to hear. Once you admit anything, they will pursue you. You can simply reply to all questions saying "I respectfully decline to answer that question. Am I under arrest or am I free to go now?" Your not even required to tell them where you are going or why you are there.

You can chose to be somewhat revealing if they are somewhat friendly about the stop. Do at your own risk though! Such as "I'm just going to the woodshed" or "to get lunch at xxxx". Even if they ask why you picked up someone. This isn't against the law. Just reply "I just offered her a ride, am I under arrest or am I free to go now?". Even if they are cordial, be cautious, they are out to get you to admit to something.

What would strongly help your case is if you have a recording device in plain sight of the passenger. If she is a leo, she will know that your not an easy target. If she is a SW, she probably wouldn't care about the device, just make sure she doesn't steal it. In addition, you can say "Your skin is so smooth, do you like that" as you do the exposure/contact check. If she responds to your question, she won't be able to deny the contact. Since the tape would not actually show this action. If she is a leo, she will know that this is being recorded and would have no case. If you get pulled over, the leo will also know your recording the stop. This is not against the law either. If asked about the device, simply say, "I'm recording this conversation for future reference".

Another point, car dates and alleys. I was told that if caught being exposed in public, you can be placed on a sexual predator list. I recommend that you get in a private situation. Just be careful of where you go! I went to two different girls rooms. I did not feel comfortable in either one. I'd rather pay for a local room of my choice from now on. A place where I'm in control of my surroundings.

With the draconian drug laws in this state, and with common sense leaving our judicial system you could be in a situation where you have the potential of serving a long probation and possibly becoming a felon over picking up a SW. While it's embarassing in itself to be caught for a crime involving prostitution, you certainly don't want to go to court for drug charges. Even though you may win your case, you still have legal fees, damage to your reputation, and now the Police have your name on their radar. If you lose or plea out, you still have the legal fees, you'll at least be on probation, and you have the possibility of becoming a felon which is on par with being a 2nd class citizen. A felon has little to no civil rights, you can't even vote. Not to mention the difficulty in finding a job that will pay enough for you to support yourself. What I'm saying is listen to the more careful members of the forum like Super and don't put yourself in that situation even if it means someone else beats you to that hot SW.

The LE check is pointless, they can let you touch them and they can touch you. The LE check is nothing more than an urban legend. Truth is most likely the ULEO isn't going to actually get in the car with you. The LEO's M.O. is to negotiate thru the window, then tell you to pick her up aroung the corner. Guess who's waiting there. You're best bet is to offer the girl a ride then make a B line outta dodge. Never negotiate thru the window and never discuss sex or money until you're out of the area and certain you weren't followed.

The furtive moment PC. The Police on the K have pretty much thrown the rule book out of the window. If think they've got something on you, they will stop you, they will search you, and they'll figure out a reason if they get something on you. If they have nothing they'll let you go figuring that you'll let it live as a no harm, no foul. It works for them because alot of the citizens they come into contact with consider themselves lucky if they're harassed then set free.

I'm stressed about the cell phone since it means that if all of my other actions are spot on and I can still be harassed by leo just for being in that area. What if I was from out of town, not knowing it was a bad area? Hell there are a lot of bad areas of Philly, I guess I'm just a criminal for being in that town then. Some SW dress like normal folks, how was I to know she was a known criminal. After all, she might be known to leo, doesn't mean that I would know about her. Damn, since I'm Italian, I must be in the mob too! LOL Guilty by association. Just like owning a sports car means that I speed too!

Corner of K & B. She looked very much like a civi, so I didn't even think she was a sw. I was surprised when she gave the look and we nodded. About 5'9", 120lbs, So thin, I'd say she is a large a cup or small b cup. Appeared to be about 38-42yrs old, brown eyes, dyed black hair in an '80's fashion. As in puffed up and with a lot of hair spray. She has a partial vampire tatoo on her left thigh. Belly button ring. A previous nose piercing is noticeable on her left nostril. She lives in NE section with female room mates.

Claimed to be only on the street for nine months due to bad economy. She pushed for car date bj initially at forty, agreed to thirty, instead I took her to hc for seventy. She was never there before and didn't know of any other short stay places. She was recommending the traditional, but cheaper than normal hotel locations.

She was visibly nervous as was I. The interaction was unique in that she wanted different rates to have different options, such as the bra stayed on. No kissing at all, she is worried about flu going around. She appeared to have shaved at one time, but wasn't when I found her. Allow roaming of phalanges, but nothing internal. She was hesitant with the start by being a little stiff with her legs. Once we started she was patient with me to the finish. She aided me along with bbbj, but it seemed that she doesn't like cim.
Since she seemed to be limited with certain things, I didn't pursue any rear options.

No cell phone, so I got her email address for possible future dates, asking me to keep in touch with her. She did not hear of a website like this before and did not want any pictures taken. She stated that she is very particular to who she goes with, so if you see her, you may not get her look and nod.

Does anyone have any knowledge of a SW named Lisa Tronco? She used to work in SW Philly around 63rd & Greenway. She is in her mid 20s, about 4 ft 7 with long dark hair. On many occasions she showed me her verbal skills, never took it beyond that. Have not seen her in awhile and would appreciate anyone who is willing to share their expierences with her or anyone who would have any contact info. In my experience alot of SWs complain about anything, point is they've gotten used to thinking that a tip is coming just because you did. You agreed to a deal, she does this and you give her that. If you feel she fulfilled her part in an average fashion then a tip is not needed, she was paid what was negotiated. However if you feel she went above and beyond what was negotiated upon, feel free to give her some extra that YOU feel is appropiate. Never feel "guilted" into giving a tip. A tip is just that extra money for extra effort.

So far I've had four dates, each time they complained about tip. If I wanted to hear complaints, I'd stay home with the girlfriend!

It's ironic, for me if a girl mentions a tip she's not getting one. Next time a girl asks for a tip give her these:

Tip#1: Cross on the green never in between.
Tip#2: Never eat yellow snow.
Tip#3: A broken clock is right twice a day.
Tip#4: Phillies in the 5 games.

I stopped in the Wawa on Castor Ave, near E Wyoming Ave. Got a drink and tried to call a previous pick up to no avail.
I then see a white dirty blond girl, maybe 20-25yrs old, hair pulled tight into a pony tail, about 5'6", 130lbs. Had multiple piercings on ears. I'd say a b-cup breast size, wearing a tight fitting light blue cotton tank top and cotton twill cargo pants walking into wawa. By sight, see looks like a sw.
So I wait for her to come out, somehow I missed her walking in front of my car, so I couldn't get a face look. She proceeds towards a red dodge pickup truck with a jersey plate. My first thought was, "damn, someone got lucky with this sw". Instead of going into the passenger side, she is driving this truck.

Do any SW drive to the area to work it? Or did I just come across a slutty looking civi? Maybe an escort on the way to an outcall? I was pretty damn tempted to approach her while she was sitting in her truck, but what would I have said? Maybe, "Excuse me, do you want to go on a date? I'll pay you for your time"? LOL

With this particular girl, the agreed rate being slightly higher than normal, I figured the tip is already included. Apparently I should be like you and others here suggest by being more aggressive when I barter for a lower rate and then tip up to what I'm willing to pay for going above and beyond.
I guess I have the commercial retail mindset (like at the mall): they set price, I agree even willing to pay higher for a higher quality item, then buy it, all cannot complain then.
