This area is frequented by pimps who carry guns, prostitutes addicted to drugs, and beggars who will harass you for money. They usually hang out in front of the gas stations. She was beautiful, about 22. Looked the part (wore tight fitting jeans or jean shorts, lots of holes cut, blonde streaked with brunette hair cut punkish, and was always out for about 2 months and then disappear for 6 or 7. And reading these posts. It sounds like her to a T. She was crazy. First off. She used to say her father was the former sherriff of Reading. Which is why she walked downtown. Dude you are going a little too far especially for this City. Cincinnati has Pimps, No Washington DC has Pimps, what we have aint even close. I have seen so-called Pimps here who ride around on little Mustang Kiddies Bikes or Mountain Bikes. I have heard a member describe them as "Popcorn Pimps". I could not agree with them more. If you see some dude with any SW, he is more simple protection, or someone she owes money too, or another drug addict hanging around.

As for Guns hell damn near everyone carry's a gun. Even some of the addicts have a guns, even though they are more likely to sell it for drugs. The Drug Dealers will trade the drugs for that gun. As as for the Drug Boyz, for are very territorial. They either work for the same main dealer are a shooting war will break out. That is very bad for business, and will bring the heat & spotlight on them like crazy.

Because the Casino is coming to downtown, the City has moved the project out of OTR & WE, the SW moved to the next place they can find. RR has the most traffic, from end to end, and is very close to a decent residential area, where there is a lot of section 8 housing, thus a lot of the working poor too, and still has an active bus route. Believe it or not, there are a few drug dealers that deal on the bus route, both on the bus and at the bus stops and routes.

It is especially important that if one is going to cruise the streets, you have to know how the streets work, who is working them, and to know Trouble before you actually see it. It is like a Game of Chess / Backgammon/& Statigo and being played at once.

And that Main thing is to "Have a Bone-Bone" and not be Afraid. It will show on your face, and it will be stopped immediately.

This is why many of the beggars know who to ask and hassles, and who not to. They rarely ever ask me. I don't look like someone you would want to "F" with. So they got to make a choice immediately, because they make the assumption that I might be carrying a gun too. They don't want to take the chance.

If this is your opinion of the street action, then you might want to try the BP or use Escorts. I think this forum has a good selection for this area. Check out the section, if you have not already. A lot of good solid members speak up for them.

I have been cruising the streets of Cincy for over a decade, and I have seen many changes, but we are nothing like the Mean Streets of the bigger cities where you really see actual Pimps with SW's who are addicts they keep addicted for Pimping purposes.

To see if your favor SW is locked up. I see Many of the street SW's locked up, and many of the once locked up who are more Part-Time SW's with the right person. Many of the WSW are p / t'ers working the streets for p / t money. Often they have regular jobs until they get themselves hooked on drugs, or a bad situation. Most of the BSW will do P / T but it will cost you more. Its that way because most of everything is done inside of their neighborhoods, and they try hard to avoid everyone knowing, yet everyone knows.

See if you know Sheena Locket, Danielle Johnson, and more. These are not very good pictures mug-shots, but think and remember. Check out Wanda, Wanda Rodriguez. She has a very heavy Latin accent, and an especially smart mouth. Too many she can get on your last nerve if you don't know how to handle her. Most times (90%) she is Drunk or almost drunk and getting there. She can be found mainly in the WE, but she can be found all over sometimes. Last time I heard she was living in Green township. She really isn't persa an SW. She will too a few select people, but I have seen her wave off more drivers than car she has gotten in. But she wants $40-50, and really will walk on you if she don't get her price. Wanda is a very pretty woman especially dressed up with make-up, and she has a tight little body. She has very decent shillz, but prefers BJ's / HJ's than FS. She is very tight, and you will need lube for FS. It is worth it. I really do get tried of her drunk-ass mouth. She is best just out of jail, because with medical treatment, her sores are gone, she has put on a few more pounds and looking a lot better, and her hygiene is better, and not so musty smelling. Plus she will dress Sexier with her Booty Short and Heels. She looks damn good in them, and beasically she is not looking drugged out & addicted.

There two Jennifer "Something" that I know I have seen. One was a referral to me, but she was a heroin addict, and was really getting on my nerves about Jonesing out.

Sheena (Pocahontas) is like that too. She is best just out of jail, but after a month or two on the streets, she is Jonesing again, and hard to get along with. Pokie has 3-4 kids too, that she doesn't have anymore.

Danielle is like that too, but she should be about 4-5 months pregnant about now. She has one kid by the same dude. He thinks he is pimpin her out, but he is Laughable at Best. She tricks on him and never gives him all the money. Danielle / Denise really has a very nice shapely thin Body and very good skillz when not in a hurry for drugs. That baby will be another crack baby, due to momma, and another drain on an already over loaded system. She should not get a dime for that kid, and the State / Feds should make her pay the cost of her mistakes.

Some of the women you see on the site you will need to cross referrence on the Clerk of Court site to see what they have done. Some are not in jail for 2904-41 or 2904-241. Most are bust for have drug para on them, but many for Theft, Assault, Trespassing, Obstruction of Official Business, and more.

There are some 2600 pages of mug=shots so if you are like me, you don't plans to see them all, but just to see as many as you can.

Now I know why my Favorite have disappeared from the streets and where I now know they are. I just cruised WE / OTR Friday and I could find more LE than SW's. Even the Fags and Skanks were gone. You will even see them in the pictures, They are the Dunlap regulars. It is about time the LE stop avoiding arresting the Fags because they have got to off the hook and are running away the regular SW's from the regular locations.

Mr Boom I like your three post. I had just cleaned out my box a few days ago, but it was nowhere close to full. But that is the biggest problem I have. Someone sends me a PM wanting a reply, and I send it only to find their box is box. That will truly piss one off, because you can't resend a reply once the box is clear, and you have shut down your computer for the night. I won't use Words to write a post or reply. So I rarely reply to PM's these days, as I rarely post anymore. I don't really need too, but maybe a couple times a month if then.

I have been keeping track of SW's in jail since the information was on computer. At one time, you could get a lot more personal information from there arrest including address, names and more. So you had a chance know a lot about any SW in which you knew the full name of, not for misuse but for information purposes. Never for Misuse.

Only a few year back was that changed, so you have to cross-reference a lot now. It is more work, but knowing the SW's on the street helps to deal with their BS, and all that comes with it. Plus many SW who you never knew were SW, you now know. And if any of the girls / women are caught for drugs & drug para. Then there is a good chance they will do something on the side, but they may not be a regular, just more a part-timer, with or without a full time habit. Those who do there street home work in advance, will be far, far more successful on the streets than most. Just never let the SW know you know her because you looked her up in any way. She might think you are LE or worse.

As for the Guy thinking Cincy has Pimps with guns, and SW who are addicted, and the beggars, I had to laugh. This had to be a joke, or someone pretending to cruise the streets. Everyone knows the truth. Why in the world would any woman risk brutality or death, to sell a 20 buck piece of ass on a regular basis, unless she is addicted to some drug. Many of the SW I have dealt with were good students in high school and / or college and just fell down the wrong path, and they just can't get thing straight as yet. Some of my old favorites were excellent students and very smart, they just seem to really lack common sense badly.

There Are no real pimps in Cincy, and I agree with Booms post. I have had several guys bring SW's up to me, and they are more a protector than pimp, and often they are just using the SW for her to get money for drugs, which they both used / used-up. That is really the better way to do this, because most of the guys will gladly take a $5, to bring you the type of girl you tell him you want, and he knows he only gets paid, once he delivers. Plus, he will want to deliver everytime he see's you. And if you get his cell, then you can call him at will, or vice-versa if you wish. In this way you can pick and choose, and get close to what you want.

I prefer to use many of the SW's themselves. It works better to use the stronger willed SW who can take a more leadership / mother-type role. They see themselves as being a Madame at some Brothel with SW's working for them, plus they can still get in the mix too. I have given this bit of information to many members, and it has almost always succeeded.

The LE is cleaning up the streets and we all know that is because the Casino (s) are coming. If you look at the information, many SW's are picked up and processed, then released, so they might be picked up several times per month / week / day. Some of the ones that have multiple charges with a few serious charges they get time from 30 days to 6 months. The Inn is full so they have to be more a problem case to get time in jail. Some of the ones who are pregnant might have to stay in jail, not for their offense, but because they get care for the baby, and that keep them off drugs, giving the baby at least a fighting chance.

Lastly, I see post about the old ways and people of the street. I have to say, that I have picked up many of the old regulars, but they have changed in appearance, attitude, and addiction. Many are no longer addicts, but still need money, and a few have slipped into their old bad habits, but not many as I know. Many look a lot better, healthier, and can make sense & an Common Sense. They are easier to talk too, and the price is still the same, but without the game.

The Locations have changed, so you might see SW's in locations that you have to say "WTF". We who have been on this site from it's infancy, have seen so very much in change and comings & goings. People / SW's go with the wind, and come back, and often they will take on new I'd's for LE sakes. Some were so burned out while on drugs, that they may not remember you or anything during the old drug days. So be patent, just deal with things at the present. Even I forget some of the names, but they remember me, and the details of us being together. So just move forward.

Be certain that if you are not willing to Call a Street Bluff, then you will get Punked-Out.

Thanks in advance.[/QUOTE]If one had an interest in a closer study of the geography of LPH I would suggest doing a google search on "map state & eighth cincinnati, OH". That will serve as your center point and then aquaint yourself with the names of the side streets that run off of State in between Gest and River Road. That is a very tight area that is always alive with activity among the residents living there 24/7 and is a super hot spot that LE keys on so watch your six.

Since it is difficult to study the geography of that area for any prolonged period without drawing unwanted attention to yourself you may also want to travel up the hill via Warsaw or Glenway to see what UPH has to offer on the various side streets that connect those two roads.

I am posting this thread because I read that "pimps are frequent on reading road at the no-tell" that was pure comedy when I read that, pimps been extinct in the Nati for some years now. Them are strung-out bitty bopper hoes 4 a hit. Just tricks&johns! Definitely not occupied by pimps, if were they would be some broke joke pimps better known as GIMPS! LOL Your best bet for pulling one of them snow bunnies or big booty slore is having a pack of that get-back smack HOE on U! Because they looking for that fasho!

Nobody is saying this aint true, but the way he put it in his post, he sounded like he was giving us something we didn't know. And the way he put it it also sounded like he was frighten to death of the streets, and the street action. Everyone needs to be careful, everyone needs to know how to deal with the streets.

You can read the papers and see what LE is doing, and going to do. SW's don't just setup in an area, and just start working, they set-up near the dealers and their supply. Yea a few are really doing it to pay the bills, but they do things differently. They don't really like being in the drug area, but that is also where the traffic (where we who cruise) drive by.

In fact, I just got the message that the CPD is about to put some very heavy LE action in Walnut Hills around the Lincoln Ave. Strip and all ajointing streets. Uncle Simon is still a presence along RR, down to the City of Reading.

Look at the Early Release at the JC, and many SW's are just being processed and released within hours. Some are held from various reason as you can read in previous post, so it is always according to who they keep or release.

As for the Notels, I have seen and heard about the LE drug task force with helmets, boots and machine guns assaulting, notels everywhere, late night or early morning. LE is about to come down on the Fulton soon, or at least have a serious discussion, about its use.

So, all is good and we who cruise the streets understand, know better, and are careful to be safe & secure in what we do!

The police state is increasing, not decreasing in power. Who in the public eye is complaining about this governmental intrusion into private lives?

Don't know how many of you have run the track this weekend, but I waisted considerable time and fuel both Friday and Saturday nights.
