I drove up and down Fremont on Friday night around 6pm-7pm, lots of interesting people that were just talking to themselves or just standing around watching the traffic go by.
Stopped and got something to eat giving up on the idea that anyone decent would be found.
As I drove back towards downtown, I saw a petite African-American girl walking. I wasn't sure if she was a working-girl as her walking pace seemed a bit fast for anyone to stop and talk to her. But since it was Friday the 13th and I was feeling lucky, I went around the block and came back onto Fremont to see if I can catch her walking my way, and there she was almost as though she was waiting for me! I pulled into a parking lot and she hopped right in.

Metro enforces the law in this regard no less than any other large metropolitan police department.

Another win-fall came recently when the new cell phone law went into effect. In a 4hr sting metro handed out 250 fines. Luckily most of these fines can be taken care of by the multitude of traffic fixer lawyers with no points, court, or traffic school. Yes money does make this town go round.
Past experience working casino security, hardly a day went by we didn't ger a 'trick roll' report. Losses sometimes in the thousands of dollars; it was not uncommon to watch elevator video during the time frame of the roll and see the CG putting the John's belongings in their purses etc. So yea, vice works solicitation issues, as does casino security (Metro aren't the only ones setting up stings). Victim almost always expects the casino to comp him on his losses. Not going to happen! SW gals pull a different type of robbery, often much more dangerous involving pimps and guns.
Speed traps in Vegas don't exist: we post signs on streets telling you how fast you can go without getting a ticket. It's your decision. - and consequences if you choose to not follow the sign's advice and a cop is in the area.
Inattentive driving due to cell phone use and texting is projected to replace DUI as a leading cause of major accidents, according the NTSB and insurance companies. At $50 a pop on third offense, it's hardly a cash cow. Or incentive to not do it.
I finished gambling on the strip around 7pm and I normally cut onto industrial and head toward tropicana. On industrial behind ceasers I saw a blonde dark skinned SW'er! It can vary but generally it's some form of her putting her hand on the bulge in your pants or outright grabbing your cock and you reaching between her legs to feel her pussy or grabbing some tit. The notion behind it is that undercover is not allowed to do something like that. As a monger I've never put much stock in this test. For me, at best it's just an excuse to cop a free early feel. If she gets in my car and let's me drive away, the chances of her being ULE is not much better than zero.
For the girl it probably makes a bit more sense if there are ULE out there who play by the rules. But over the years I've heard plenty of girls complain that ULE doesn't play by the rules and that the LE test really means nothing. But as a first-timer, if it helps make you feel more comfortable go for it. BTW though, if you are still in Vegas, chances are you've discovered there aren't a whole lot of SWs trolling the SW areas you read about. As I've mentioned before, for all its Sin City rep LV is not a particularly great place to pick up SWs.
