Based on your comments I would wager that she is trained in TCM (traditional Chinese Medicine) and was using accupressure points. Chi. Energy points that run throughout the body. There was one car in the lot with lights on and he waited for me to park. Apparently I parked in front of his buisness so he walked up to my car and asked me if I was coming to his place. I politely said no and he got in his car and drove away. Made me a little nervous. He is probably pissed that his new nieghbor is getting more respectable buisnessmen visiting than he is. There is no need for anyone to chastise anyone else.
For massages, Sometimes the girls deserve a bump up in structure when they do a good job.
With the same girl, I have gone. 4 tipping on a massage to. 6, and the other way around.
At a place that is no longer open, I had a girl I would tip. 8 to on a regular basis. She was busy, and I got someone else. Standard massage, standard. 4. She says "so and so says you tip more" I said "so and so does a lot more to get it". Next time I was in, the girl I tipped standard went WAAAYYYY above and beyond and was rewarded for it.
With the BP girls, I check the price and don't see the upsellers or rushers. The good ones get normal rates, and when they go up and beyond expectations I will tip them on the way out.
The only real rule that needs to be followed is this- tip extra for great services rendered, not hoping for better service via larger tips. There is no incentive for a waitress to bust her ass for you after she gets her tip.
Not only do the mongers know 40/60 /100 so do the women. At one place a girl was explaining it to my friend. If she asks for more, and asks in advance, then obviously she's scamming an unsuspecting customer. I'd leave if I got the price list before the act. I just hate that. I made it out to this place. Do any of you mongers remember Lisa? She was in Waukegan about 2 years ago then left. She has been around. I feel she starts up all these places then disappears. She gave and incredible deep tissue massage. Best I have had in a couple years. Standard finish. No haggle. Worth the massage alone.
