I`m looking for a little bit of assistance here. I'm about half computer illiterate. I'm not sure how to post a link for a video I guess you would call it a video. I'm also concerned about the file having attached information about myself or others?
This is a Windows Media Audio/Video file.
PM`s are welcome.
Please remember it will need to be laid down step-by-step for me I'm old and lost with this computer thing.

Take a look at the bottom of the page. There is a link for 'vbcode'. This should help you. But simply it is something akin to this. You use the left sqare bracket "[" and right square bracket "]". Inside place "url=" and the link to your video. If you want text along with the link, then use the brackets with a "/" immediately after the left bracket and "url".
I'd illustrate, but then it would just show up as a link and you'd not see the code behind it. The 'vblink' will show you an example.
