I was on Sutphin around 230 am - 330 am and was dead, between sutphin, south road going back and forth for a while and saw no one.

I went to check out Brooklyn and there was dead as well so on the way back towards the morning I decided to check back sutphin on the way home, this just after 5 am.

They usually come out after 4 am. Went out a couple times and there was more than six chicks out. Never bother coming out after 2 cause you will just see the fiends on South Road unless your in the mood for those or they look passable.
