I came out of retirement (again) for this one:

I've seen her several times, both when she was with a previous agency, and now with this agency. I like her. Summer is new, and Summer actually has hours where she can meet. The problem is she is unreliable. I set an outcall with her (through Brad. Everything is through Brad) at my hotel and she cancelled at the last minute claiming sickness. No big deal. But then a week later I asked Brad if she was healthy again and he said that she said yes. So I got a hotel, and. She was sick again. Brad apologized profusely. A week later, I had a hotel already after seeing someone. So I texted Brad and said "Can Summer come over right now?" He said "Yes, she is open for a few hours and not with anyone else right now. I will text her right away. " But his texts to get a hold of her failed for hours, and I never saw her. No big loss on Try #3 because I didn't book the hotel room for her. So Summer is real and seems smoking hot, but getting her is a crap shoot, I suppose.
All the other girls are not typical providers as we think of them. According to Brad, most of these girls work a few hours a week if at all. That's why you can't see them. They just really don't work. For example, I asked about Jordan and he said that she only works a few hours a week and will let him know availability at the last minute. I'm guessing that means at 7 pm on a Wednesday she says to him "I am open from 8-11 tonight" but then he can't arrange anything.
So problem #1 is that many of these (hot!) providers aren't working at all. Secondly, Brad does not plan out by the week, and that is a bad method. If you call Steve at EE and say "When is Galina working this week?" he will lay out the hours. But Brad does not plan out the whole week. He texts them every morning and asks them if they're available TODAY. So there is no planning ahead in the schedule, and I think that hurts him and the providers and us in terms of scheduling. But it's his method. Shrug.
So I've basically moved on from trying with them to talking with Steve and EE. I've seen Galina and Brookee so far and they're both keepers.
Very frustrating because these CD girls seem gorgeous, but basically out of reach.
