Why do they feel the need to lie about the menu though?
Usually the way a BP post is crafted (and I have observed this first hand) is:
1. Log in to BP.
2. Open another window to BP in some other city (Denver, maybe), and look for a "pretty ad" (that's the exact phrase which was used).
3. Copy "pretty" ad and paste it in own account to post.
4. Ad photos: they might be real, they might be stolen (usually an effort is made at least at similarity).
5. Maybe edit the photos by adding little widgets (hearts, roses, whatever) in the belief that this will stump reverse image searches.
6. Post.
So ads are seldom customized for the advertised service, which is why they're usually kind of non sequiter. Add the that the fact that pimps and providers are pretty universally ignorant (not stupid, but ignorant), and fuck ups in general, and you have the craptacular marketing campaign which is "A Backpage Post".
O.
