"Black lives matter") and drive down one one-way street; her medication defense may not hold during a retrial, if any. I think automatic license suspension (possible revocation) if get refusal of driver breath / blood analyses for alleged DUI (with probable cause). Mo better no talk; ask for the blood analysis test to buy some time for get one "sober" reading. IMO and Not Giving Advice.
