The very first thing I do when a bad interaction w / a girl occurs that IK puts an end to her POT status is block her profile. I've learned to recognize some early warning signs in some cases -- every now and then one will reveal themselves as clingy / needy even before the first m&g. Just little things that others might consider a good thing, like checking in to see how I'm doing every. Single. Day when we haven't even met yet. Even after we've met, I don't like that. I like to add a week or so of time buffer before the first m&g for this reason.
I've had some get progressively bitchier simply because I didn't make an official first date yet, they start accusing me of being fake or just otherwise going all hormonal just because I'm not accommodating their schedule.

From my interactions with her I can see how that happened -- I'm sure she can have a "volatile" personality if things don't go her way (which was probably a contributing factor in her divorces) and she's been "bad decision girl" for a long time. More often than not these profiles have above average TGTBT pics specially designed to look "natural" and a sparse or poorly written bio section. I think there is a group operating on SA that is using this pattern (or software) to create usernames for fake accounts all over the place. This, combined with other tells is a red flag that you may be inviting a scam or simply wasting your time.
If I'm stating the obvious, forgive me, but maybe this info will help a few guys not get taken to the cleaners.

Of course, it's not 100% guaranteed to be a fake account, just like "Virginia, Virginia is occasionally a real person, but I think it's a red flag and should make us suspect. If I go through my inbox, the ONLY real humans I am talking with have screen names that DON'T follow that formula. The ones WITH names in that format send messages like this (this one from an account called ObscureNerd):
