May take a couple of visits for them to get comfortable with you. Most guys aren't willing to make the investment in time or money.
I did have a massage therapist who gave a great butt and inner thigh massage. I saw her for over 5 years, but never got extras. Her technique was so good that I would book her for a 90 minute session. I only stopped seeing her when she move to San Francisco.

Even straight out asked and none. Oh well. Then I have had other Thai places with a more sports type massage but worked into a HE after investment of time and $. Other Thai places with a more soft and sensual style with some inner thigh touching that worked into a HE after investment of time and $.
My suggestions is the same as SC's spend some time and $ and see what happens. These are all licensed therapists and places that I am frequenting. I found it better to button my lip to respect their privacy and mostly so I don't get cut off because of repercussions.

Pinky advertises on BP and is not bad. She works out of Thai Hawaiian.
HE is between you and the girl and will take some relationship-building. It is not available for the asking and some girls will terminate the session immediately upon receiving such a request.
You generally won't get a good (for sore muscles) massage at an AMP, where the emphasis is sex. Personally I enjoy the light sensual touch of a girl's soft fingers and how it zings my nervous system.
