3) The WP natives seem to be leaving us alone no talk about carjackings or shootings. Maybe the cold weather keeps them away.

Three men were charged Wednesday in connection with two armed robberies and a carjacking that occurred on the same day last month at two metro-east strip clubs.
Demario Hunter. 24, of 116 St. James Lane in Cahokia; Tyrone Pawnell. 20, of 530 N. 18th St. In East St. Louis; and Jamon Whales. 17, of 1601 N. 46th St. In East St. Louis, were each charged with two counts of armed robbery and single counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking and attempted aggravated vehicular hijacking, court documents state.
The incident began Feb. 16 outside Miss Kitty's. 5200 Bunkum Road, when the three defendants robbed Paul Slovak of his wallet and his red Kia Forte, according to Illinois State Police and court documents.

One of the alleged robbers shot at a security guard who attempted to intervene, said Master Sgt. Joe Beliveau, commander of the Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southern Illinois. He would not identify the shooter, but court documents state the men were armed with a. 40-caliber pistol. No one was injured in either robbery.
The men took the stolen vehicle to Centreville, where they robbed Neal Drake of his wallet and car keys in front of Boxers 'N Briefs. 55 Four Corners Lane, but fled in the Kia, according to state police and court documents.
The stolen car was later located in Roosevelt Homes public housing in Washington Park, Beliveau said. The trio were tracked by an East St. Louis police canine to an apartment, where police found evidence from the robberies.
The three defendants were arrested and held on suspicion of parole violations, warrant documents show.
Pawnell was sentenced May 28, 2009, to three years in prison with 293 days-served after pleading guilty to two counts of robbery, online court and prison records show.
Hunter pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced April 21 to one year in prison with 42 days-served, the records show. Hunter was also sentenced to four years in prison in 2008 on a residential burglary conviction.
Illinois law calls for convicts to serve only half their sentence for most crimes, Department of Corrections spokeswoman Sharyn Elman said.
Other than these latest charges, there is no record for Whales on the St. Clair County online court records database. Because he is a minor, he would be held by the Department of Juvenile Justice for a possible parole violation, not the corrections department like the other two men, Elman said.
Beliveau said the investigation was a joint effort of the WAVE special police detail and the Centreville, Washington Park, East St. Louis police departments.

I've always been concerned and careful when visiting WP. I usually go during daylight hours. I gave up going at night a long time ago. It kind of surprises me that the incident happened at MK. That lot always appeared to be one of the safest. My suggestion to the clubs would be to beef up lot security (a lot)! I also feel sorry for the ladies as they depend on security for themselves and the business that comes in to the clubs. Be safe and aware of your surroundings.
I'm going to be passing through town in a couple of weeks and planning on stopping by Hollywood or Miss Kitties during a Friday afternoon. If anyone can send me recommendation of the most enjoyable dancers that generally work on Friday afternoons I would appreciate it. After doing my homework and heading over to Washington Park for the evening to try out the local talent, I hit most of the clubs during a eight hour period. While all had their benefits, I found Dollies to be all I wanted. Being new to the area, the only negative came from Fantasia at MK. Lets just say, up-sell seems to be her specialty. When I didn't agree to more money, she stopped all the fun. The talent at Dollies might not be the best around but they definitely offer the most for your dollar with no up-sell. The "unique" experience was definitely worth the trip. All and all, I left with a smile on my face and a little week in the knees. Thanks for all the help from the fellow mongers. Long time and have not had a chance to report on much. I've settled in on two different spots for different reasons. I'm liking PT's Brooklyn because there are a few girls there that I just really enjoy seeing. I'm not thrilled about the prices for private dances, but you can have a lot of fun just sitting at the stages and being a little generous with the tipping. My favorites here are Jamie and Sadie. Used to really like Morgan but have not seen her the last few times so I'm not sure if she still dances there or not. I don't usually ask for extras here for two reasons. #1, the managers are very snoopy about the private areas, and #2, there are some girls who offer extras and some who don't and this accounts for most of the drama that goes on here. Dollies, is a whole other story, as I think everyone who posts here knows. The mix of talent goes from very young to pretty mature. Some of the girls are very hot, some not and it depends on the day and who is working. They've beefed up security a bit and it's been a while since I've heard of any incidents happening in the parking lot there. Most of the girls are very direct about what is on the menu. Prices for cover and drinks is reasonable. I usually offer to buy a drink for any girl I'm interested in talking to and I like the idea that it's not going to cost me $10 for her drink. I know Candy pretty well. Much has been written about her here. I think her level of obnoxiousness is directly related to how much money she still needs to earn that day. I've had several great times with her in the private area. Also recently took Gypsy to the private area. She's older but in great shape and has great oral skills. Everything covered with her. Also really like Levi, Hunni, and Tori but have not been to the private area with either of them. Only thing I don't appreciate about Dollies is that some of the girls will solicit tips after they get off the stage. I usually give them a few dollars, but had Dana make a big deal one time when I was out of small bills and didn't tip her. I feel for some of the less attractive girls who may do a whole set and never have anyone come to the stage, but that really shouldn't be my problem.

Off to Dollies. $3 Cover $4 required first drink. Stage dances at a couple bucks each. Get private. Possible
FS for $40. 50, usually more than though.
With the total here coming to about $100 and the possibility of not even getting laid. And even if you do, its a session that can go 5 minutes or close to it.
Its been much more enjoyable to find a well reviewed provider who will offer you a half hour of exclusive time for about the same price. Depending on circumstances. At times an all inclusive FS session can be less than $100.
The better looking girls at the strip club will charge more as will the better looking providers, so the money on both sides goes up depending on the quality. So once you add it all up. For my money. I'm staying out of the clubs from now on, with the exception of one provider who always give full service for a great price. When she leaves. I'm totally out.
With all of the issues on safety, and possible raids that we have to deal with, its either time for the clubs to lower their rates or face losing more customers. Just my opinion.

I have not seen many people write much about PT's in Centreville lately. In my view it has really gone downhill. I have been going there for several years, mostly on the infamous Saturday nights, when the couples are there, and often many groups come with partying females. I really enjoyed it then. It was common to see lots of amateurs get wild and jump on stage and play around with the dancers. That was by far the sexiest thing to see. And the dancers were for the most part quite good, pretty attractive and sexy.
But in several of the recent visits when I have been there, it's not like it used to be. The dancers are decidely less exciting. The crowds are not as into it, and the dancers don't seem to be into playing around with the amateurs.
It doesn't seem much worth a trip any more.

I love strip clubs and St. Louis metro is the best there is. It has everything you want. Classy, upscale, better looking women like PT's and Penthouse (Sauget) , Hollywood. Middle of the road like Kitty's, Roxy's / Pt's (Brooklyn) , Centerfold's / PT's (Centerville). Low scale women with cheap prices and sex on demand (Dollie's / C-Mowes / Wise Guys (Wash Park).

I quit going to Miss Kitty's because 2 girls would monopolize my time and never leave me alone. I'm a naturally nice guy, and it's hard for me to be rude, but they were totally killing my fun. 2. The regular routine is really the biggest downside of clubbing besides the money. I quit going to Kitty's because of it. It seemed to get worse when the economy went south. It got to the point that I would swear they already had my money spent before I walked through the second door.
3. For the guy who's looking for benefits at Hollywood, good luck. Even if money is no object you'll likely waste tremendous amounts of time chasing down the elusive combination of girl and situation. The advice offered below-take time to get to know them and meet outside-is solid. There's no question that an angry boyfriend is the biggest risk you run with OTC, followed closely by the possibly of jr. Or an std. Condoms are helpful with two and three. Boyfriend isn't really that hard to flush. Here's what I've done.
If you find someone you like it isn't really a waste of time to get to know her and once you do you'll have dramatically reduced the risk of an altercation with an angry boyfriend. They get bored and if you're a good listener and better tipper they would rather tell you just about anything you want to know than try to make money from a guy who wants to twist their nipples for a dollar. Of course you never know the first time around if it's even remotely true. Over time though it's pretty easy to figure out who's available safely and who's dating the guy who just got out of prison. Here are some pretty simple things that work:
-Talk about cars and figure out if she has one and what it is. If it's on the lot she is less likely to have a guy she's supporting. They typically get dropped off. If it isn't on the lot odds of boyfriend trouble increase dramatically. First, odds are very strong boyfriend dropped her off. Second, he's probably not on the chamber of commerce because she's making money and he's driving the car.
-Figure out if she has kids. If she does she'll talk about them with virtually no encouragement. It won't take long to figure out how things stand with the baby daddy / daddies and if he / they are no longer living with her it won't take long to find out if there's friction with a current boyfriend.
-Figure out her schedule-if you can call their work routines that-and once you get comfortable with her ask her to lunch on an off day but make it pretty short notice. If she agrees and actually shows it's much less likely that boyfriend is lurking.
-Exchange numbers and call her randomly, to see if she might be at the club even though it's her off day. It's a good sign if she answers or calls back quickly. It's a bad sign if you hear guys in the background.
The funny part of all of it is most dancers that you actually listen to will just start talking about their men. Again, they're bored as hell and would rather talk to you than someone else who doesn't tip well and wants action.
