I currently have one long term on a monthly allowance where I send her money on first of the month. However, we had seen each other multiple times over an almost three month period before I went that route.
Act like a gentleman and let them know you are not a bullshitter but if they ask about timing of payment tell them that you only pay at the end.

On a couple of occasions when they were a little hesitant, I showed them the money but then laid it on an end table or dresser out of their reach and told them they would receive it at the end.

1) Communicates and is reliable.
2) Follows instructions and listens to requests.
3) Reliable Incall or Reliable transportation (based on preference).
4) Doesn't ask for money outside of agreed amounts.
Its really not much is it? Yet its almost impossible to find! Obviously you want it to be someone you are attracted to, etc.
