I don't know the definition of brothel. Does a house with one woman qualify being a brothel? If so, Dayton has 1,000 brothels.

Sure that varies some by jurisdiction.

Well with those indictments coming out I doubt she will come to town for the custody hearing. I know several of you fellow mongers will be disappointed in that. I wonder if those charges are extraditionary? I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I saw her pic in the news. But I do now know why the Moraine police seem to keep "tabs" on me when I'm in the area. I won't go into details on that other than to say it wasnt from going to Bevi's. Hope they somehow get it worked out without going to jail. She was a good girl.

Felony 5, max sentence is 12 months. In this case, these men are accused for dumping Tiffany's body out on the street. If they did something sick on to her body before do so, they would have been punished under the same law. I found out that in a few states necrophilia is legal. No federal laws.

All of this information is directly from the actual police reports:
1. The food stamp fraud was initiated by the undercover agent. The dancers were not selling food stamp benefits for drugs. The agents were trying to buy drugs with food stamps and offering to pay double the price. 50 cents on the dollar.
2. The nudity charges are from entertainers that did not have pasties on, or it was too small, or you could make out the outline of her nipple. Their words.
3. Sexual activity was nothing more than getting a dance. At no time did the agents ever say they saw anyone having any actual sex. If they saw that, it would definitely be in their report in great detail.
4. The two prostitution charges on both occasions were initiated by the agent asking the entertainer to touch herself for a $10 tip.
5. Solicitation for anything of value. The dancer asked the agent to buy her a drink. That is illegal in Ohio.
Now tell me if you think the media is portraying the stories accurately.
