Still trying to finalize my 2nd room during my stay. I am having a hard time trying to decide which will be the most advantageous (which also includes decent room rates). So please help me decide.
Here are my choices:
IP: $40/night
PH: $89
EX: $51
MGM: $79
Bill's $49
FLamingo: $65
Any (more) input is appreciated.
I'd go with IP for 40/night. It's a short walk to Flamingo, and across the street from Caesars, and next to Harrah's. The rooms are nothing special, but it's right in the middle of lots of stuff. It also depends on how nice of a room you want. If you just want an extra room to bring girls too, it's good enough IMO. When I was there last, CGs could be found at the Geisha bar at IP. I don't think IP has room safes, if that makes a difference.

IP
PH
Bill's
MGM
Excalibur
Luxor
Thanks
Take MGM , in my opinon it's monger heaven .

I agree. I've always been assaulted by over-rambunctious working girls inside of MGM.
I agree. I've always been assaulted by over-rambunctious working girls inside of MGM.
Well, made my final plans.
Mgm rates went up on one of the nights, so I am going to get one night at the flamingo, and the other at MGM. The IP rate was appealing, but thinking about the safe thing, and my plan is to put my bankroll in the safe and just keep what I plan on spending for a CG on me, so I don't have to worry about pressure from upsells, or any other incidents. If she doesn't agree to my $$, to bad, thats all I got on me.
Thanks all for the input.
Harrah's and Stat does have a VIP player card, I have one each. Can't speak for MGM or Sand's.
I think what I mean is does the card say VIP on it.
Harrah's has Gold Plat Diamond and Seven Stars. Yes its tiered, but I don't think it says VIP on it.

Out of that list, MGM and PH have the nicest rooms.

So no to Flamingo...
There was an article in the Las Vegas Sun around 1-2 month's ago about how they have a cash reward for any housekeeper that finds a BedBug........
The parent company lost their gaming license in NJ and filed for bankrupcy.

You realize you are saying that Harrahs lost their gaming license and filed for bankruptcy, don't you?

Sorry I meant Tropicana
I keep getting Flamingo and Tropicana mixed up for some strange reason.. I must be getting old starting to lose my mind. :)
There is no problem with any Harrah's branded casino in Vegas or AC.

Speaking of room safes, seeing as I haven't been around in a while, which casinos have rooms with safes in them? I assume MGM, Luxor, and Excalibur do?
At least, those are the possible places I may stay at (although it seems less and less likely that it'll happen at the end of the summer). :(

MGM has safes, but I can't speak to Luxor or Ex.

The Tropicana is the one who lost the license in NJ and IN, and under review in NV. The parent company is Sussex Corp out of Kentucky

I had a room at the Excalibur last year.
That room did not have a safe.
I did not ask if other rooms did have one.
