I have found that if it is free it leads to a computer full of viruses. This site is one of the ones that I used to frequent before I had to pay for someone to wipe my hard drive and reinstall everything.

Itz eazy, just when you are on the page with the video or pic, just right click on the adress bar on top than click copy. Close that window or leave it open and switch here to the message body, normal left click where you going to continue typing and right click again and click paste.
